3. Limitation of Liability & No Sue

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
• You agree not to bring any lawsuit or legal action against us except for claims that cannot be waived under applicable law. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against us.
